Here we shop. First step is a Nutrition Assessment and phone review of your 3 day food intake diary. The next step, is to guide you, in store, with essential Fruit, Vegetable, Starch, and Meat/Vegan choices based on your current symptoms and nutrient needs. We will also go over a short list of crucial supplements that you'll personally need to get started on the right foot.
